  • HealthBridges – website based in Pittsburgh, PA that is managed by a coalition of people who are Deaf, Deafblind, Hard of Hearing and hearing; provides information and resources to people who are Deaf, Deafblind and Hard of Hearing and to providers who serve this population. Information on the website is available in American Sign Language, oral English and English.
  • TechOWL – provides free special phones to eligible persons. Phones that amplify, have captions, dial with voice, have large numbers for easy dialing, and more.
  • InnoCaption – downloadable app that is free for individuals with hearing loss; provides real-time captioning of phone calls and automated speech recognition software.
